2020 cricket is not about hitting sixes !! Thats what this match has proved..Its all about maintaining the momentum through out the match.It was an uphill task once DC put up a solid total on the board(191/4).It was a splendid fightback from Symonds and Gibbs earlier which ensured the big total for DC.

Chennai's chase never had any momentum on it.Most of CSK's batsman played like they were Super Heroes.Come dash and go...Chaminda Vaas striked three killer blows on the first 6 overs took CSK's chase literally offline.

Murali Vijay and Badrinath should put their thinking cap on.Both are very good players technically but you have to apply yourself on the game and its circumstances.Remember you won't get opportunities for a longer period of time like this.

Kudos to Gilli,he realized that the spinners are most effective on this pitch and bowled even his part time spinners which proved to be very effective.Ball was holding up on the pitch and Symond's did describe on the halftime that it is not easy to play the shots on this wicket from the word go because of the ball holding up little bit on the wicket.

Looking forward for a good next outing for the CSK..

KKR finally managed to open the IPL like 2008 with a win against Deccan Chargers.Last year at IPL for KKR is disastrous.I somehow felt DC gifted the match to KKR after 10 overs in the first innings as well as on the second innings.Nothing can takeaway the credit to Dada who managed to rotate the bowlers in critical time and got the break throughs he required.Meanwhile Dada scored a Duck.
